Here at My Perfect Cake we take our responsibilities very seriously
when producing gluten free/wheat free cakes. For your peace of mind,
we use Organic GF flours, polenta, ground almonds and rice flour
and follow strict guidelines from information from food intolerance
societies/companies. We have separate ovens, and only bake GF produce
at any onetime, after comprehensive sterilising and disinfecting. We
have different equipment and working utensils and store all the GF
products in completely separate areas. Gluten free produce is a large
part of our business, and is growing rapidly, and we have no
intention of jeopardising our position. We have lists from major food
suppliers of products suitable for coeliacs and people with food
intolerances. We never use preservatives, chemicals, commercially prepared mixes,
stabilisers, GMO's
or additives, just natural, healthy fresh ingredients genuinely home
baked.
