Chocolate and Hazelnut Dessert Cake
This is a favourite recipe of ours, made with 70% chocolate,
ground hazelnuts and free range eggs. This cake is wonderful as
a teatime treat or even as a grown up birthday cake. Very moorish,
versatile and especially good with Frangelico the excellent
Italian hazelnut liqueur. Try with good vanilla ice cream, or a
dollop of thick cream as a sophisticated dessert.
This cake is a perfect solution for our customers who don’t eat
wheat and who might miss out on indulgent chocolate cakes
otherwise.
