Method:
Preheat the oven to 200c, place 8 paper muffin cases
in a tray.
In a small bowl mix the milk, egg, sugar and butter.
In a large bowl mix the flour and baking powder
together. Stir the wet ingredients into this quickly
and gently add the fruit. The mixture should be lumpy
and uneven. Divide between the paper cases and place
in the oven. Cook for approx 20 mins until golden and
well risen.
These are best eaten warm and freshly baked.
